With only one full round of Premier League games to go, almost all of the key positions have been decided. Which two teams will be joining Aston Villa in the Europa League, and which team will be joining Burnley and QPR in the Championship. At the time of writing there are three teams still fighting to avoid filling the last relegation spot. Sunderland, Newcastle United and Hull City have the unpleasant task of sweating over their Premier League survival. Last weekend's results saw Leicester City and Aston Villa join those who have already secured survival, despite neither winning their respective games. We are down to three.

On paper Sunderland look the safest. They could very well already have enough points in the bag. It would take an extremely unlikely combination of events to relegate the Black Cats. Unlikely but not impossible.
