Although Roots Hall, home to Southend United, is quite dated, it is bursting with character. Every stand has its its own unique feature, making for a great setting. It’s a real shame that the club are looking to relocate from their home of nearly 60 years in the near future. So for anyone who appreciates a traditional stadium, this one needs to be seen while you still have the chance.
